Visions and strategies are worthless without passion for detail
Although many management
consulting firms are strategy giants, they are dwarfs when it comes to the
concrete implementation of such strategy. We know that the last few meters are
often the most difficult ones and therefore it is of the utmost importance for
us to ensure that the strategic impulses are implemented right down to the last
detail. Our point of view of the issues is always that of the client! How does
the client think, feel and buy – today and in future – and what consequences
arise from this?
